Payment
We accept payment by all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Pay Pal; and cashiers checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to Oltrucks. Cashiers checks may be verified with the issuing bank before merchandise is shipped.
Shipping
We prefer to ship your order to the credit card billing address. Shipping addresses other than the credit card billing address may be rejected and/or will delay shipment.
Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected)
Most US Domestic orders ship through USPS and can take 7-10 business days for delivery. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery). For non-continental US destinations, contact us for exact shipping charges.

Refunds & Returns
You must contact us prior to shipping ANY return. Oltrucks Parts and Accessories will be happy to return or exchange any items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be well boxed and accompanied by your order number. we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on Electrical items. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
